Regulation
ANFFECC is governed by law 18/1977, of 1 April, on the regulation of the right to trade union association, and RD 416/2015, on the registry of statutes of trade union and employers' organisations, as well as by its own statutes, the latest version of which was deposited in the Registry of Statutes of Trade Union and Employers' Organisations in 2017.
Organisational structure
The governing bodies of the Association are the General Assembly, composed of all its members, and the Governing Board, consisting of the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, four board members, and the Secretary General of the Association. The Governing Board is elected every four years by the Assembly, and is partially renewed by half every two years.
The Secretary General is responsible for the coordination and supervision of the tasks carried out by the association's staff, whether technical, legal, or administrative.

- PROJECT: Decarbonisation of the ceramic frit sector through the use of hydrogen in the process of melting down ceramic frits for manufacture.
- PROGRAMME: Call for applications for the 2023 financial year for grants to promote strategic industrial projects in the Valencian Community, as part of the sixth phase of implementation of the Strategic Plan for Valencian Industry (PEIV, for the Spanish initialism).

- PROGRAMME: Aid for comprehensive plans to promote sustainable industrial competitiveness developed by BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS, within the PEIV Strategic Plan for Valencian Industry.

As per the obligation set forth in Article 10.1.c of Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, we have set up the following WHISTLEBLOWER CHANNEL in order to guarantee transparency, ethics, and the prevention of corrupt practices, all of which are values that safeguard the common interest of society.
