ANFFECC hosts Eurocolour’s international meeting in Benicàssim

ANFFECC acted as host association for the international meeting of Eurocolour, the European association representing manufacturers of pigments, printing inks, additives, ceramic glazes and frits, held in Benicàssim on 30 June and 1 July

Benicàssim, 1 July 2026. ANFFECC acted as host association for the international meeting of Eurocolour, the European association representing manufacturers of pigments, printing inks, additives, ceramic glazes and frits, held in Benicàssim on 30 June and 1 July.

During the meeting, representatives of associations and companies from Germany, Italy, France, Switzerland, the United States and Spain, among other countries, addressed a range of technical issues related to European legislation, including REACH and CLP, as well as environmental and sustainability matters and updates on the activities carried out by member associations.

The meeting helped strengthen cooperation among the sector’s European organisations, share information on the main regulatory and technical challenges, and promote the exchange of experience in sustainability, innovation and regulatory compliance.

As host association, ANFFECC also organised a social programme in Benicàssim, enabling participants to learn about the history of the town and its emblematic villas, as well as enjoy a dinner on the Benicàssim coast.

The Mayor of Benicàssim, Susana Marqués, welcomed the participants during the meeting, highlighting the international significance of the event held in the town and the importance of hosting this type of gathering, which helps position Benicàssim as a leading venue for dialogue, industry and international cooperation.

ANFFECC has assessed the meeting in Benicàssim very positively, both for its technical content and for the opportunity to showcase the town’s surroundings and history to European sector representatives.
